Shawnee Venables
Owner and Head Coach
Shawnee opened Momentum Gymnastics as a small set up take down facility 20 years ago. It has grown into a full size permanent club offering many styles of gymnastics.
She is a certified level 3 competitive artistic coach, a certified level 2 trampoline coach and is also trained in diving and soccer. She has her level 1 first aid.
Elise Seaman
Manager and Competitive coach
Elise started her gymnastics journey with Momentum Gymnastics at age of 3 and participated in their first competitive group as a child. She took her first coaching course at age 15 and has continued with it for the past 13 years.
She is a trained level 2 competitive artistic coach, and a certified level 2 trampoline coach. She has her level 1 first aid.
Alyssa Purdon
Pre-school and Competitive Coach
Alyssa has a personal background in elite competitive gymnastics in Scotland and a few years after leaving the sport decided to take her certification and become a coach. She has now received her citizenship and is a full time coach!
She is a trained artistic foundations coach and will be taking more courses shortly!
Daelynn Chipiuk
Recreational and Competitive Coach
Daelynn is currently an athlete in our competitive program and working on levelling up her coaching. She has recently started working with our inter club group on routines and is eager to coach full time this session.
Daelynn is a trained level 1 competitive artistic coach.

Grace Ackerman
Trained Foundations Artistic and Trampoline Coach
Grace has been a part of this club a long time in her own gymnastics journey and always showed great interest in the little ones. Grace loves working with the younger ages and Pre-schoolers.
