Junior Parkour

Ages 5-6

A beginner class that focusses on movement, rolls, climbing and jumping.


Kids Parkour

Ages 7-9

Each athletes will be taught at his or her own level.

Athletes aim to get from one point to another, conquering obstacles without a lot of equipment and in the fastest and most efficient way possible. Parkour includes running, freerunning, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, plyometrics, rolling, and flipping.


Youth Parkour

Ages 10-12

Each athletes will be taught at his or her own level.

Athletes aim to get from one point to another, conquering obstacles without a lot of equipment and in the fastest and most efficient way possible. Parkour includes running, freerunning, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, plyometrics, rolling, and flipping.

 

Teen Parkour

Ages 13+

Each athletes will be taught at his or her own level.
