Bronze Bouncers

  • 5+ Years
    Badges 1 & 2 (Burgundy & Red)
    1-hour classes

This beginner-level class is designed for newcomers to gymnastics and for athletes working toward Badges 1 and 2. Gymnasts will learn foundational skills on vault, bars, beam, floor, double mini, and trampoline.

Each class begins with a fun and proper warm-up and stretch, followed by coach-led rotations on each apparatus. Coaches work with each gymnast at their own pace, using circuits, obstacle courses, music, games, and challenges to create a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment. This class focuses on developing strong basics, including springs, rotations, and safe landings.


Bronze Balancers

  • 5+ Years
    Badges 3 & 4 (Tan & Bronze)
    1-hour classes

This class is designed for gymnasts who have completed Bronze Bouncers and are ready to progress their skills. Athletes will learn new and more challenging skills on vault, bars, beam, floor, double mini, and trampoline.

Each class begins with a fun and proper warm-up and stretch, followed by coach-led rotations on each apparatus. Coaches work with each gymnast at their own pace, using circuits, obstacle courses, music, games, and challenges to create a fun, safe, and supportive learning environment. Skills covered include rolls, cartwheels, swings, static balances, and a variety of additional foundational movements. This class prepares gymnasts for continued progression into more advanced levels.

 

Bronze+

  • 8–11 Years
    Badges 1–4

This beginner-level class is designed for older gymnasts who are new to the sport. Athletes will learn the same foundational skills taught in the Bronze program, with classes specifically structured to suit the learning style and physical development of gymnasts aged 8–11. This class provides a supportive environment for building confidence, strength, and fundamental gymnastics skills.

 

Silver Springers

  • Badges 5 (Purple)
    1½-hour classes

This class is designed for gymnasts who have completed Badge 4 and are ready to progress to more advanced skills on each apparatus. Athletes will work on handstands, bridge skills, round-offs, running skills, high bar skills, acro beam skills, and a variety of additional gymnastics movements.

Coaches focus on both refining basic skills and introducing more challenging techniques, while helping gymnasts build strength, flexibility, and overall coordination. Classes begin with a longer warm-up, stretching, and strength-building activities, followed by coach-led rotations and skill practice in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.

 

Silver Saltos

  • Badges 6 (Blue)
    1½-hour classes

This class is designed for gymnasts who have completed Badge 5 and are ready to progress to more advanced skills on each apparatus. Athletes will work on handstands, bridge skills, round-offs, running skills, high bar skills, acro beam skills, and a variety of additional gymnastics movements.

Coaches focus on both refining basic skills and introducing more challenging techniques, while helping gymnasts build strength, flexibility, and overall coordination. Classes begin with a longer warm-up, stretching, and strength-building activities, followed by coach-led rotations and skill practice in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.

 

Silver Stars

  • Badges 7 & 8 (Turquoise & Silver)
    1½-hour classes

This class is for gymnasts who have completed Badge 6 and are ready to focus on more advanced power and acrobatic skills. Athletes will work on front and back handsprings, saltos, aerials, and a variety of challenging gymnastics techniques.

Coaches emphasize strength, flexibility, and skill development, while refining foundational techniques and introducing more complex movements. Classes include a longer warm-up, stretching, and strength-building exercises, followed by coach-led rotations and skill practice in a safe, structured, and engaging environment.

 

Teen Rec

  • 12+ Years
    1-hour classes

This class is designed for teens of any skill level who want to learn gymnastics in a fun and supportive environment. There are no badges in this class; coaches work with each gymnast individually to develop skills at their own pace. Participants will improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and gymnastics techniques while enjoying a positive, social experience with their peers.

 

 

Adult Rec.

  • 18+ Years

This class is designed for adults of all skill levels who want to learn and improve gymnastics skills in a supportive, fun environment. Coaches work with each participant at their own pace, helping to build confidence, strength, flexibility, coordination, and overall gymnastic ability.

 

Adapted Gymnastics

  • 45-minute classes

This class is designed specifically for children with special needs and learning differences. It provides a safe, supportive, and unstructured environment where participants can burn energy, explore movement, and develop motor skills at their own pace. A parent or teacher helper must be present at all times to support each child during class.
