Gymnastics Birthday Parties 

All parties include a party leader(s) that will organize fun games and challenges and monitor free gym time followed by time for cake and presents.
Full payment is due at the time of booking and there is a $25 cancellation fee if the cancelation occurs 24 hours before the party is scheduled.

Birthday party participants who are not already club members, are considered one-time visitors but do not have to pay the one-time visitor (non-member) fee. Only liability insurance (not sport accident insurance) is provided for one-time visitors at birthday parties. GymBC's accident insurance coverage is provided to registered club members that attend birthday parties at that club.

Up to 20 kids - $250

20-30 kids - $300

1 hour in the gym and 45 min for cake food and presents

Bring your own party supplies - ie: plates, cutlery, napkins, cups table covers, banner and balloons

All prices do not include 5% tax.

 

Gymnastics Party Styles

• Unstructured (free time)
• Structured (rotations lead by a coach for learning skills)

 

Party Guidelines

• Children under 6 are not permitted on the trampolines 
• No flipping allowed 
• Proper landings (feet only)
• Children under 3 must be supervised by an adult
• No adults on the equipment unless there name is on the insurance waiver
• No jewelry or gum in the gym (small stud earrings are ok)
• Hair tied back and bare feet
• Stretchy clothes only, no jeans or pants/shirts with snaps, zippers or buttons
• Arrive no earlier than 15 min before your party and wait in foyer until a coach calls you in
• One person at a time on the trampolines, only jump in the middles and no knee drops/flips
• NO food or drinks in the gym
• Fill in the birthday party name list
• One hour in the gym, one hour in the party room (unless discussed prior to party date)
• Please respect all staff and their requests
• Have fun!!!

All attendees are insured for a one time visit by Gymnastics BC

Please download the Guest List HERE and fill in the names of the attendees.

You can email the completed list of attendees to us prior too the party, or bring with you a hard copy not he day of your rental.
